The culture is that of a recruitment firm without the high earning potential. There's a huge 'Kool-Aid Culture'. Zero upward mobility and facing huge pressures currently.

Management in Europe is toxic and focus on their own equity compensation. The industry is legacy and extremely mature and new competitors are changing the landscape quickly.
