Compensation is good if you can find a customer that can afford it. Prices are not very expensive and are not competitive in our market, so little to no chance of closing if you don’t close the first time. No step down options on products in addition to being highly priced. This leaves you to have to drop the expensive price down in order to sell. This also drops your percentage of commission.

Leadership is up and down with how they stand on solid ground. It’s a constant battle for my pay. My role we are the face of the company. The role needs better compensation and benefits.
