Business strategy and go to market strategy changes constantly with no clear direction for execution. Potential to be a brilliant company but funding issues has unfortunately resulted in a fairy toxic hire and fire culture.

Cynet is a laughable organization. It’s a horrible place to work, leadership is incompetent, and expectations are unrealistic. CEO is clueless, and new leaders are cycling in every 4-6 months. Product is uncompetitive and cheap. I would encourage everybody to stay away from this place, regardless of the role.

Solid product market fit but the executive leadership is very very week here which makes it not the friendliest for sellers.

The product itself is a great fit for the market and the tech is strong, but the leadership is very weak and they do not know how to treat employees. Benefits are lackluster and the PTO is a joke (you only get 12 days and a lot of federal holidays aren't given).
