Absolutely the worst culture you can ever think of, management are bullies and they keep you were you are if you're a top performer to keep bringing more opportunities, they pay you based on your location just so you can survive and pay bills. Hire freelancers so that they can kick people out easily.

Horrible management. Even the CEOs privately acknowledge they are going downhill. Stay away!
