Horrible experience start to finish . None of the veterans in the department are there anymore. CEO is a ghost which no one ever sees but all you hear is " Nick Mealy wants this or that " . Not once in 3 years has ever video addressed his US team. His behavior is erratic and you never know if your last day their. For example they onced hired head for our department. The guy was super genuine and help the team see and act differently. He gave us hope and one day the made him fire 4 veterans some justifiable and some not, after that they turned and fired him. After that none of us were the same, the only person who tried to help us and give us direction was fired for no reason .

My overall experience is I’ll be surprised if they make it 2024. Only hope they have is firing everyone and hiring new BDE’s because that’s the only way to fool the new reps.
