Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Great base salary. 0 inbound leads of any quality. Very little support to bolster outbound, example: no training for BDRs. Will literally send you a two year old youtube video when you ask for marketing collateral. Only saw 3 reps close a deal in 2022.
US clearly not the company’s priority as they already are doing well in UK and African markets. Management has never shared plan for US operations, sales management changed three times in last 18 months, and often leave reps wondering. VP/Upper management in US has multiple members from the same family and conversations of nepotism happen often among reps.
Company has funding and some cultural building blocks but is just clearly not focused on US. Have to evaluate their product differentiator to compete in US market or reps will continue to churn as they have. Browse Other Reviews
