solid growth and advancement opportunities, but still a startup culture where systems and processes are a growing pain - very little inbound lead flow, so reps must be full cycle and even stick with the customer through all implementation and account management afterwards

There is no support for the MES channel or the national team. Hired and expected to learn all the solutions yourself with no guidance and run meetings without knowing context.
