The company isn't a bad place to work, but the main issue is with the leadership. From VPs to local-level managers, they are condescending and misleading about job growth. It creates a demoralizing environment.

The company is run like any Fortune 100 company. It isn't easy to implement new ideas that can immediately benefit the business due to corporate hierarchy.

The position's leadership was solidified and there was good structure, however, the compensation in the role was mediocre. We were doing much more than we were being paid for. I think that overall it was a positive place to work, but the go-getters could have had more to gain.
