its a good place to get sales experience and work for 1-2 years - nice clean environment however there is a lot of favouritism and politics behind the scenes. E.g job positions are already decided before people give interviews and dont think if you are a high performer it will lead to you getting a promotion quicker - its more about how much the managers like you - and if you are a person of colour, expect to have extra eyes on you and be reported by the others

Poor leadership, more of a “kiss ass” hierarchy than sales focused. Always looking back at what happened last month (paralysis of analysis), rather than helping field sales close more deals. VP of Wound Care sales never “carried the bag” only marketing experience…. Director of Sales hasn’t met with the biggest accounts in years. Commission program rewards...Read More
