Leadership has resigned or been restructured multiple times (5-6x in 2 years). The company does not offer great training and the work environment is toxic. The compensation plans were changed multiple times where direct reports and I lost income. The commission is comped and does not encourage top performers. Leadership chooses to ignore its salespeople and cross-functional relationship-building is nearly impossible because of it. Sales does not work with marketing, customer success, or operations which could help the company to scale even faster instead, each department is working for itself at the expense of its customers. The customers are not being put first because of this and retention is nearly nonexistent this impacts compensation for the sales team even more. Overall, the company seems to be working backward fighting those who try to work their hardest to turn things around.
