Overall experience was positive. Upper management does not seem to have their act together and are always making chances that take several months to trickle down. Management is always waiting until the last week of the quarter to get close to goals. Creates a very stressful last two weeks of the quarter.

Good but salaries are well below market and shows in the talent to a degree

Overall - Cisco is a good organization. I think things are headed in the right direction with software but it’s tough because it’s like trying to change directions on a giant ship. Compensation has been a challenge and getting it right has impacted sellers and their paychecks which has caused a lot of frustration.
