Chowly has a great setup for people that don’t need to live in an expensive coastal city and want a good work life balance. It is a sales first culture with inbound leads and supportive leaders. They have gone through some financial hardships like most companies in the space, but they do the best they can to keep people happy and the leadership is genuinely good, hardworking people. It’s SMB restaurant sales, so lots of quick deals which keep people buzzing.

Total compensation is a strong lie. They include spiffs and some numbers that they seem to make up and no one can explain it, even management. High turnover so beware. If you have any experience in sales, you will be able to find something that makes you happier and where you will have more success.
