Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Compensation structure is designed to keep you perpetually broke. Commissions are miniscule. You can honestly make more money working as a line cook. Management is a boys club and will consistently make you feel like you’re nothing but an annoyance. Emails and phone calls go unanswered unless you’re going to contribute substantially to revenue. Comissions are based of gross profit yet the drive the importance of revenue and remind you constantly the gross profit is not as important as revenue. Why you might ask? It’s easy to deduct that management bonuses are based on revenue and not gross profit, so of course what gets them paid is important and what gets you paid is not. Average commission for a month is less than $500.
