Overall good experience but last role was poorly managed and run. Small startup so not a lot of lateral moves to make when things aren't running well

Good experience, a fun office with good people. Great product that can make a great impact on those you sell to and solves a real problem. Lacking in professional development and career growth. Process changes regularly and organizational changes happen often. Low performers are not coddled.
