Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Start up so expect lots of change at an almost constant pace. You much be a self starter and work well remotely and autonomously. Help is there when you need it but you won’t be hand held a ton. Money is great but having enough pipeline is a constant challenge in a space that’s becoming more and more saturated and the inbound lead flow could improve a lot. AE’s are expected to help by doing their down outbound prospecting along with one SDR and 2 marketing people. CS is pretty elite here and you won’t be dragged into much / any escalations. Unlimited PTO and lots of extra days off (every 3 day weekend is an automatic 4 day weekend here), plus you get unlimited free coaching as an employee.
