Current Employee The best software and product the market has to offer for Cranial and Spine Navigated Procedures. The company doesn’t pay the sales reps to market standards. As of early 2024 they have reduced the compensation plan for the third year in a row by $75K. Most challenging sales job I’ve ever had and while I’ve made goal every year the reason I have stayed is because of my manager.
