Lots of inbound, but a heavily competitive sale with an uncompetitive product. Tons of turnover, entire executive team other than the founder turned over recently but the company is still struggling with vision and execution.

My overall experience was not great. Employees rarely, if ever, hit quota. Leadership and all positions were revolving doors

No one has hit quota during my time here. Product is falling behind the competition making any competitive deal almost a surefire loss. Inbound flow is high, no outbounding, but it's a hard product to get over the finish line. It's stuck as a "nice to have". Leadership is all over the map on strategy and grills you on deals when it's not helpful.
