Back to ReviewsFormer Employee It’s a complex company environment. The company is German so the expectations for sales reps are very black and white. A + B = C and if you couldn’t do that with a “superior” product than you didn’t know what you were doing. At the same time, they’re unwilling to provide enough employees to cover patient checks for the devices in the field and made it clear that we were only suppose to focus on accounts that gave us business, and ignore patients at other clinics that didn’t. On top of that, management was very, very petty and take everything way to personally. So essentially, unless you’re crushing your job, willing to do as your told even if it’s not in yours or patients best interest, and willing to continuously get your pay cut every 2/3 years then I’d avoid working here.
