My overall experience was solid. The culture is good with plenty of opportunities for growth, especially outside of Beckman Coulter and in their parent company, Danaher's operating companies. Biggest complaint is the IC.

Great training and culture, but a lot of internal meetings. Incentive compensation on the lower end compared to competition. Used mostly a team-based selling approach with a "win as one" mentality.
