Current Employee My overall sales experience at Baxter has been great. People love our product and they also believe that our products are clinically superior than our competitors. Love my territory and my team.
The corporate leadership has been a little all over the place since I started in 2023 that has lead to some challenges and frustrations. Primarily not offering quota relief for certain product categories and changing the commission structure that impacted my OTE. When less than 50% of field team hits quota….thats a problem, and it’s not the sales reps. It’s the bold quotas.
Overall it’s a fantastic company, with great products, great quality of life, & great people.
