Baker Tilly is a fantastic company. The Sales program is young and building quickly. Makes for a great start up vibe with the backing of BakerTilly and now large PE investments. Being an SDR is a challenge anywhere BT does well to help aid that.

Very positive. Leadership is very strong and management continuously shows a willingness to lead from the front and is continually given sound, constructive feedback and ideas. There are lots of opportunities to experiment and try new things.
