Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Heavily mismanaged company. New VP of Sales every ~6 months. I'd be surprised if the founders owned much of the company anymore as they hold onto their C-suite roles but could not be less effective leaders (I kid you not the CEO walks around like a zombie and is hardly responsive when you initiate conversation with him).
The CRO is a fantastic guy. The new VP of Sales is a maniac, and I don't use that word lightly. On one occurrence he told our director of commercial sales he expects the company to hit $30M in sales by end of Q3. When challenged on how we're suppose to hit almost 3/4 of our annual target in one quarter meanwhile we're only 10% of the way to our annual target after 6 months the VP would not share that and screamed at the director about how it's his job to do so.
Since I've joined we've lost probably 10-15 sales reps. Most have quit. A few were fired (they had no business being in the roles they were in).
This place is a dumpster fire.
