They love to change metrics in the middle of the month. They give you unattainable goals and then gaslight you when you are confused or complain. The culture is very toxic.

Top product in the industry makes it an easier sell. Leadership is very reactive vs proactive with internal territory and ROE changes. In office 5 days a week while other departments are hybrid.

Very market dependent. Not all markets have the same opportunity and it’s difficult to overcome. Commission structure is good but reversals make it very hard to hit goal.

Pros: Great base pay, benefits are good, office is clean and enjoyable Cons: toxic management who doesnt understand the job. success is based on which market you are in.
