Base hourly compensation is around national average. Very hard to earn commission and bonuses. The people up top make so much money in comparison

Overall experience was great. Really enjoyed the travel benefits and the ability to work for a global airline. Compensation/incentive structure was difficult to understand. Not a traditional sales role. Enjoyed my time there.
