The SIP was not set up to be fair and when the Company lost deals you spent all your time closing new deals that made up for their loss and would go months or longer with no commission off the deal. There were caveats to get out to paying out commission. There was very little diversity and women make less than the men in the same positions. Browse Other Reviews
