Depends on the office you work for. As a recruiter, the only thing that matters is the SPC that you have. This is based on Account Managers and their reqs. If you have terrible reqs, you won’t have high numbers. If you’re lucky enough to have solid reqs, capitalize on them.

My overall experience has been good but not great. I will say that they have a strong but it’s a very work hard play hard type of culture just like any other sales role.
