After two years there the company just did not feel like it wanted to support and grown the sales teams. No leadership direction.

It was okay. No growth opportunities with promotions or salary increases.

Overall experience was positive, spent 20+ years and was continuously offered chances to promote and take on larger roles. Training is pretty much non-existent, must be a self starter and resourceful to be truly successful. Base pay is in line with comp., however, incentive pay is rare as bonus structure is tied to total company performance.
