My overall experience was good, until I was inexplicably let go in a round of layoffs after hitting quota 3 quarters in a row.

Great people, all very caring and empathetic. Felt silo’s but all the teams were very focused and talented at what they did. Pay was standard, great product but on the higher end of cost compared to their competitors. No longer there as the org had to eliminate 25% of their employees.

Accredible is a great company that is a great product market fit, but they have some issues on the sales side and just went through a round of layoffs. They used to be able to support their entire sales team with enough inbounds to get 3x pipeline coverage. I never got more than 1.2x pipeline coverage. There are some SDR's that rock, but most of them dont do much....Read More
