Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I really like what the culture has been from the leadership on an interpersonal interaction basis. However, from a rep comp strategic standpoint, it has been less than desirable. Back to back years of 30% quota growth meant lower payouts to reps. It’s June 2024 now and they just sold to Integra from JnJ. Maybe now that they completed the sale and they don’t have to cut as many corners to make the balance look better, things will get better. I should be more realistic though: once a company cuts a corner, they are unlikely to go back. Just like when you give one person the work of two and assume it’s all good.
