Interviewing for BDR role, I'm seeing comments about poor management and unrealistic quotas. Does that apply to the BDR role also? Having a hard time getting any real information on quota attainment for BDRs.

Interviewing for BDR role. How did quota attainment/enablement finish up Q1 2024? Is the BDR org the same vibe as I'm seeing in the SMB AE reviews or is it more realistic to hit quota (and maybe even exceed lol)? This is my 3rd BDR I'm getting into so not trying to join a PIP factory.
