The product is great. The BDR team leadership is flawed and creates a meatgrinder culture. You can get fired simply if they don't like you. Has happened my times.

ReliaQuest is a meat grinder for BDRs. You either get promoted quickly or you never get promoted. You can hit your numbers and if they "don't like you", you will get fired. Good base compensation, quota can be hard to hit.
