Greenhouse is looking for a seasoned Mid-Market II Account Executive to join our Sales team!
As a vital part of our Revenue team, you'll play a crucial role in driving Greenhouse's growth strategy and helping the company meet its goals. In this senior individual contributor position, your main focus will be securing new clients within a key segment of our business. You'll manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, contributing to the growth of our already impressive customer base of over 7,000 companies.

What you’ll do
- Be a value add to an experienced and high-performing sales team
- Effectively guide prospects through a thoughtful, value-oriented sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
- Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives
- Proactively manage your pipeline of opportunities to deliver timely, accurate forecasts and ensure clear visibility into revenue performance.
You should have
- 5+ years of senior level experience with full-cycle sales with a track record of multi-year success generating pipeline and exceeding $1M+ quotas
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to build compelling business cases for strategic technology investments.
- Experience in HR Tech industry, a plus

The national pay for this role is $110,000 base salary annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
