base comp is on target with similar companies. OTE is a lie, you will not make 70k on inbound, maybe when you get promoted to outbound. We are told there is room for growth at the company but are stuck waiting for a spot to be promoted long after hitting the metrics we are told and everything asked of us.

It’s really tough - you need to self prospect for most of your deals. Most deals are competitive and bring down the ASP a lot.
