I call it a “necessary evil” in my career. Really great onboarding and introduction to sales but truly comes at a cost to your mental health. The company overall is unethical in how they treat their employees and their “clients”. Lots of shady selling and as a result ethical sellers are compared to intangible goals.

Great role when starting in the sales industry but not sustainable long term. Get in, learn the ins and outs of the role and apply it elsewhere - unless you find success here and make over 150k+
