Good place to work. Lack of transparency on targets and they are subject to change mid quarter which impacts comp.

Overall very good experience, still able to have a lot of impact in the company, but not a lot of promotion opportunities

Pros: The comp is excellent and most of the people you work with are smart. Great also to work for a pair of founders you believe in. Cons: GTM priorities change a lot. Hard to overachieve - feels like there’s a lot of potluck.
