Comp plan makes it hard to dramatically exceed OTE. There are probably less than 10 reps at Stripe who have an honest shot at making more than $500K. Frequent leadership changes in the sales org, and unclear if Stripe has found product/market fit in the enterprise. Adyen is a strong competitor in most deals.

Stripe very intellectual culture. Still haven't developed systems internally to match scaling necessary to hit orgwide goals. Quotas largely set based upon historical data that isn't really in tune with current market dyanamics.
