Tremendous talent at this organization, and the product is second to none. Organization and individual sales pros will struggle in the short-medium term as headcount planning has been done without the use of relevant data. Result has been over-hiring and over-engineering of GTM strategy. Very few hitting quota, average attainment less than 50%, average tenure very low (less than six months).

I've sold at Salesforce and SAP, but have yet to come across a sales org that invests in its talent and sets them up for success the way Sprout Social does.
