Territory roulette is strong. East and west coast more advanced customers do well vs the south. Heavy competition and parity building up. Not the market leader you may think. Poor support organization, lack of training. Either get a 3M NVIDIA or high level strat account customer or you’re doomed.

Great product and GTM strategy. Recent acquisition and last years shake up of territories was a poor decision made it difficult to sell and gain traction with customers. Too much middle management and moving targets with enough to do with selling and quoting then to add to planning and constant SFDC updates.
