Overall a great place to work. Benefits are incredible, management has been excellent and our product is truly world class. Splunk is very resource rich and the people across various roles are always willing to jump in and help out.

Terrible. I'm glad to have left. The money was amazing but once a couple of big renewal and uplifts were out of the way, there was nothing. No leads, no opps. Splunk would have been a great place to work 7 years ago. The culture is terrible. Middle management are a waste of space and money drives bad behaviours. Stay well clear.
