It's not what it used to be. Culture, leadership and overall outlook is very murky. Many people just along for the ride right now vs actually getting stuff done. Milking existing account base for as much as possible to keep kicking off profit and cash for new ownership.

Pretty good overall. Comfortable place to learn and grow. But track to AE is tough. But worth a shot. Amazing benefits.
