The vast majority of colleagues are very nice and helpful, creating a great atmosphere. However, the director in charge of the inbound lead distribution clearly favors certain reps based on nepotism, rather than merit. The targets are also set way too high, which leads to the majority of reps not hitting their targets, and getting paid full commission.

Decent if you work on the DACH market, a big struggle for SDR, AE, CSM in the international team. They expect the same result as for the German reps although other market's penetration are miles behind. No efforts made to accommodate the international team. We're just a second thought.
