Smith and Nephew is a mid level medical device company with a complete product portfolio. The challenge of competing with Depuy Synthes and Stryker poses a big problem with some organizational issues. New sales reps will have to overcome contract obstacles and rely on physician relationships to maintain sales. There is little protection when it comes to contracts and commitments from the facility.

Personally love the company. Outside it’s a hard generation of pleasing everyone, I couldn’t ask for a better team of leaders and sales team. We are creating a culture that I didn’t think existed anymore, one where everyone hustles hard and looks out for one another. Earn your way and the sky is the limit, nothing is given but you can earn it.
