Terrible leads with a high quota. They train really well but there are so many different groups you can be put into with different strategies and techniques. And the waits in the same for each group even if some groups have less leads or success than others.

Scorpion was one of the worst sales orgs I've ever been a part of. There was a severe disparity between reps and the opportunity/pathway to success. My experience at Scorpion was positive. I surpassed sales goals and secured a key client. Strong leadership fostered skill development in communication and negotiation. Limited CRM tools hindered lead tracking. Overall, the competitive environment pushed me to excel, but growth opportunities within the company were scarce.
