Great people and product. Highly complex internal processes and continually changing structures, comp models, territories caused lots of frustration. These factors plus poor Exec leadership that did very little to drive exec client sponsorship drove very high staff turnover.

Qualtrics pitch about employee experience but in their own house everything is a mess. No clear processes and after the layoffs qualtrics expect people to do more with less. all the operation areas are struggling Nobody cares about the customers is only revenue revenue…

I was at Qualtrics for about two years. I found out I was underpaid compared to my counter parts by 20k. I was part of their layoffs in October 2023 - I believe that leadership did not handle the layoffs well.
