Decent compensation and benefits however culture and leadership at this is extremely company poor. Operations here ranging from support, billing, and bd support are also very poor.

Qualtrics is an incredible place to cut your teeth in Software sales. The challenge that Qualtrics presents, is how high does it fit in a CIO's tech stack. Overall experience was great at the start, and for an entry role it is very good. However, once you start to grow within this role, and achieve your targets, you quickly realise that the Compensation for the role is not reflective of the work you do. As well as that, there has been a drop in the promotion of culture within this role.
