Qualtrics is a highly demanding company that wasn’t immune to the recent recession in tech. The company offers an incredibly strong product, excellent pay, and incredible incentives. However, it’s a nightmare to ramp at Qualtrics. You sell to PhD and Masters degrees in their field so you have to know your stuff and it’s not always that intuitive. Overall, it’s a great company for the reasons we work, but there are legitimate reasons to stay away, too.

Qualtrics has become increasingly political after venture capital acquisition. The pay is good, and we have the best product on the market. However, career growth is non-existent today.
