Innovative, market leading product. Leadership and culture not so much. Kind of a "figure it out" sales operations/support model. Commission structure is great if you hit 100%+. However those that are doing that I can count on my hand.

Pros: Phenom is a place where high-performers can make an incredible living. It’s an uncapped commission scale, so there’s tons of potential. The platform is a trailblazer in terms of its ability to solve problems for companies. Cons: It is a long deal cycle and HR typically has the least power to make purchases, so the sell is extremely difficult.

Some tweaking in the GTM needs to be figured out. Can be a game of luck at times. Overall, good leadership and people. Unrealistic expectations
