My overall experience has been OK. Team has strong sales players. Sales leadership is a different story. Company lacks understanding of competitive landscape, pricing, and top of the funnel strategy.

positive, comp was respectable and quota was easy to obtain. Upward mobility was very slow however.

Litte actual support from managers other than make more dials. API's are more important in the managers eyes than hitting quota.

Lots of changes in leadership in my time in the position. Never got a raise or really anything for being a top performer and nearly impossible to grow upward in the company.
