For a while, it was an exciting growing environment. Shoaib is a very respectable leader and has a strong core group surrounding him. The environment became corporatized and managers were pressured to artificially inflate KPIs leading to quota attainment being increased by over 100% in under 8 months. Not very sustainable. Incentives to produce quantity and reduce quality. Compensation plans constantly changing, not in the employee's best interest. A lot of previous incentives were capped, while quota attainment being raised. Probably a great company to be at a few years ago. Outwardly recruiting for positions, not laying out realistic expectations.

The Enterprise Sales leadership is terrible. The VP is unprofessional and prone to outbursts and insults. Do not work here. You will likely not make quota and will be miserable with the micromanagement.

Multiple management changes in the small time I was there. They micromanage everyone in sales because they are so determined to go public. Not worth the hassle and stress.
