My experience with leadership at the time were great. I thought they were very supportive with career growth and getting reps in conversations that would really help you grow. Can't say much about the culture now, but I overall thought it was a great place to start my career.

My experience as an Account Executive at DocuSign has been fantastic in terms of growth, compensation & upward mobility/promotion. During my tenure I have never missed quota. We have great sales leaders & a fantastic product market fit. New leadership team is focused on revamping our GTM strategy & investing in tools to increase efficiency for the sales team.
